George Kotobalavu is a distinguished business professional with over 27 years of experience in sales and strategic management. Known for his strategic vision and leadership, George joined BSP Life in November 2020 as Head of Distribution and Marketing.

His tenure has been marked by significant contributions, including bolstering sales growth, driving business development, leading digital marketing transformation, and achieving record-breaking performance across the Sales function.

George holds a Master’s in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s in Technology from the University of the South Pacific. He is an esteemed graduate of the Senior Leadership Program at Wonderful Academy (USA) and a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
